The main level offers exceptional flexibility with a guest suite and two separate studies - ideal for a work-from-home setup, a dedicated kids' space, or simply room for everyone to spread out. The family room's fireplace creates a warm gathering spot for cooler evenings, while the expansive kitchen features chef-inspired selections and connects to a spacious pantry, built for the home cook who loves to host. Upstairs, three secondary bedrooms and two full secondary baths sit apart from a private primary suite, along with a peaceful retreat overlooking the garden - the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. Step outside to almost 3,000 square feet of highly functional private backyard space to create the backyard of your dreams for activities. Set up a jungle gym for the kids, throw the football around on crisp fall Saturdays, or create your own outdoor sanctuary with a fire pit and lounge area for game-day gatherings. A generous 30x10 patio adds 300 square feet of covered outdoor living - perfect for hosting friends and family this football season. This homesite sits at the top of the community on Fern Mountain Dr, rising above a natural granite foundation and offering true privacy along with expansive views of Lost Mountain in Cobb County - a rare combination that's hard to find anywhere else in Ellis. The four-car garage adds even more flexibility - park the whole family's vehicles, set up a personal home gym, or use the extra bays for storage and hobbies. Ellis offers more than a beautiful home - it's a lifestyle backed by award-winning design. The community's model home earned a Gold Obie Award for its interior design, a reflection of the craftsmanship found throughout Ellis, and David Weekley Homes brings that same standard nationwide as the first builder in the U.S. to earn the Triple Crown of American Home Building. Residents enjoy a community pool, clubhouse, playground, tennis and pickleball courts, and a multipurpose field for sports and gatherings. Multiple school bus stops throughout the neighborhood make morning drop-offs a breeze, and students attend A-rated Cobb County Schools, feeding into Hillgrove High School - ranked in the top 10% of schools statewide. Ellis is just minutes from Target, Home Depot, and grocery options including Whole Foods, Publix, and multiple Kroger locations. Marietta Food Hall and Elizabeth Porter Park's children's splash pad are a short drive away, and downtown Marietta offers Saturday farmers markets, community 5Ks, live theater, and art and food festivals year-round.
