Chris McDevitt

Chris McDevitt is a seasoned operator and builder of systems, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading teams, improving performance, and driving organizational growth across multiple industries. As Director of Operations for The Coluccio Group at Atrium Realty LLC, he focuses on strengthening the systems, structure, and support that allow agents and clients to succeed at a high level.

Most recently, Chris served as Chief Operating Officer for a portfolio of seven e-learning companies, where he led operational strategy, scaled systems, and developed leadership teams. His work centered on building efficiency, improving execution, and creating environments where teams could perform at their best.

Before that, Chris ran his own supply chain consulting business for five years, partnering with organizations to streamline operations, solve complex logistical challenges, and improve overall business performance. Earlier in his career, he spent 15 years with a fast-casual restaurant brand, including four years overseeing purchasing and supply chain operations—experience that built a strong foundation in high-volume operations, vendor management, and team leadership under pressure.

While new to real estate, Chris brings a deep operational background and a builder’s mindset to the industry. He is energized by fast-moving environments, thrives in problem-solving roles, and is focused on creating systems that allow people to perform at their highest level.
