AJ Grathwohl

Born and raised in Columbia, Missouri, I’ve proudly called this community home for over 35 years. As a true Missouri Tiger, my roots run deep here - this town is apart of me. 

Real estate has always been a lifelong passion, inspired early on by my father’s work in both construction and real estate. That early exposure gave me a solid foundation and a genuine appreciation for what it takes to work hard and build a legacy. 

Before stepping into real estate full time, I spent over a decade in Columbia’s restaurant industry. That experience not only sharpened my customer service skills but also gave me a unique perspective on the people, neighborhoods, and culture that make this city special.

I have a beautiful 8 year old daughter named Brinley and a son on the way in August of 2025. A love for friends, family, hunting & fishing, there is never a dull moment in my life. It is short and it is precious.
