He also works closely with seniors and their families, providing a smooth and stress-free transition into retirement living.

Alexa Coluccio
At just 29 years old, Alexa Coluccio has established herself as a Top 5% Realtor in the Orlando market, known for her dedication, consistency, and client-first approach. As co-founder of The Coluccio Group, which she built alongside her husband Craig Finzel, Alexa plays a key role in leading one of the area's most trusted real estate teams.
Alexa specializes in VA home loans, with a strong passion for helping veterans and their families secure the homes they deserve. She also has a natural ability to connect with first-time home buyers — guiding them step-by-step through the process with confidence.

Chris McDevitt
Chris McDevitt is a seasoned operator and builder of systems, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading teams, improving performance, and driving organizational growth across multiple industries. As Director of Operations for The Coluccio Group at Atrium Realty LLC, he focuses on strengthening the systems, structure, and support that allow agents and clients to succeed at a high level.
Most recently, Chris served as Chief Operating Officer for a portfolio of seven e-learning companies. Before that, he ran his own supply chain consulting business for five years and spent 15 years with a fast-casual restaurant brand overseeing purchasing and supply chain operations.
At The Coluccio Group, Chris is especially passionate about leadership development, team culture, and helping people reach their full potential through structure, clarity, and accountability.
Joseph Adamson
After 30+ years as an award-winning tattoo artist, Joseph Adamson felt called to a new chapter. With a lifelong interest in real estate and the firsthand experience of purchasing his first home with his wife, Joseph made the leap into real estate to help others build a more stable future through homeownership.
