Kristan Hayden

Kristan Hayden was born in Winter Park, FL, and raised in nearby Oviedo, where she continues to call home. A proud graduate of the University of Central Florida, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing. Her background in social media and marketing gives her a creative edge in promoting and selling homes.

Kristan grew up working in her family’s local business, Foster & Lee Jewelers, a well-known fixture in Oviedo for over 35+ years. That experience helped her build strong ties within the community and a deep understanding of what makes it special. She further honed her skills in customer service, communication, and project management through previous roles as Director of Community Relations & Events at Jeremiah's Italian Ice and Manager of Marketing & Special Projects at Orange County Public Schools.

Her passion for real estate began at a young age while touring model homes on weekends, and it continued to grow through watching her mother-in-law’s successful 45+ year real estate career. That inspiration ultimately led Kristan to earn her real estate license.

Kristan is especially experienced in working with clients relocating from out of state. She is well-versed in virtual tours and representing clients who can't be present in person, ensuring they feel confident every step of the way. Her goal is always to exceed expectations, and she thrives on building lasting relationships through attentive, personalized service.  Listening closely to her clients' wants and needs is the key to helping them find their dream home — a challenge she finds both exciting and deeply rewarding.

Outside of real estate, Kristan loves exploring the Oviedo community with her family and friends—whether it's discovering new local restaurants or attending community events. She enjoys spending time at her Airbnb, Whiskey Woods, in Ellijay, GA, or relaxing at her family’s place in New Smyrna Beach.
